- Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
The band was
created in 2016 by me, Pablo Kravicz on guitars and Iago Marcondes on
drums, in Hollywood, CA. We all came from Brazil and started Red
Devil Vortex here in the US. Our first EP, “Something Has To Die”
came out and hit two charts on Billboard (#16 – Heatseekers and #49
– Independent Albums)
- What’s the origin of the band’s name?
It had to do with
grocery shopping and a deal with the devil during checkout.
- Where is the band based out of and what is your music scene like there? Are there any local bands you could recommend?
We’re based in
Los Angeles. The music scene here has always been very rich. I’d
recommend Westfield Massacre, Neon Coven, Luis Kalil, Blaze The
Thunder, Nightsword, Magnetico.
- How would you describe your style?
Chaotic Hard Rock
- What have you released so far and what can someone expect from your works?
We have just
released our first EP, “Something Has To Die”, and hit two charts
on Billboard (#16 – Heatseekers and #49 – Independent Albums).
We’ve also released music videos for the title track and “The
Fallen”.
- Do you have any new music in the works?
Always
- How about playing shows and touring, have anything planned out?
We’re planning a
US tour right now.
- What plans do you have for the future as a band?
We have more music
videos to put out and then, hit the road and visit as many citie as
we can!
- Where can we listen to your band and where can we buy your stuff?
