1.Why Bass?
I Play rhythm guitar in a another band (Doom’s Day) but for Wrath of Echoes, i’m the bass player. I always love rhythm section.
2.Do you think it is unfair or just lack of knowledge bass gets so little credit?
Just a lack of knowledge, and a running gag. The Bass provides the rhythmic foundation and the harmonic foundation.
3.What kind of bass do you use? Model , color , year , And why
ESP LTD TS-4 and Fender precision 50’ modified bass (emg GZR Pick up). For the tone.
4.Tell us about your amplification
MarkBass Little mark III amp with Ampeg 6 X 10 Classic, diamond compression and D.I distortion MXR Dunlop pedals.
5. With all of that being said do you feel tone is an important thing for bass?
Yes, but they might be so many kind of tone, for so many kind of music.
6.Do you prefer 5 strings over 4 string?
4 strings bass
7.Who is your favorite bassist?
Steve Harris, Geezer Butler, David Ellefson, etc.
8. Who is your least favorite bassist?
Many people said that Sid Vicious was a very bad bassist. They actually unplugged his amp during shows because he was so bad.
9.Why do you think women seem to be attracted to playing bass?
The size of the neck, just kidding…LOL
10. What bassist dead or alive would you like a private lesson with?
