Effigy is a progressive metal band hailing from Calgary, Alberta,
Canada, since 2008. The key to our sound is intensity and diversity. We
strive to pool all
our emotion into every song and every performance so that you, our most
respected audience and fans, can join in on our musical onslaught, and
feel our energy as we do. All the members of Burning Effigy come from
different musical backgrounds, and different kinds of training. This
blend of talents creates a diverse sound. From crushing,
adrenaline-filled anthems, to hauntingly beautiful musical epics, we aim
to provide a show that can captivate music lovers on all fronts.
