2.Tell us where you are based and describe the scene. How do you think where you are located influences your sound.
Upstate NY - my local scene is mostly cover acts with national acts coming through the area. There are some original guys out there. I don't think where I'm located influenced my sound at all, not many do rock up there which I think it's a good thing that I don't do what everyone else is doing. I've always followed my own path, passion and sound.

5.When you started what was your ultimate goal? And how close to the goal are you now?
Really was just to start writing and making original music and practicing on getting out there and learning the industry. I wanted to go further at a certain point and open for artists and do music for a living. I have achieved that on one level but I feel the next level is to be more of a touring artist - opening for bands - spreading out more to media - and making a better living and record producer is still on my list :)
6.In today's digital environment it takes creative strategy to keep things moving. What creative ideas do you have to keep your band relevant over time?
I find social media is great to connect with fans one on one and that's key to maintain that releationship. Social media only goes so far so you have to get creative. I'm old school so I won't break down and become a reality star haah but I'm aware of it and try to find a medium.
7.We've all seen a terrible live band that is awesome on CD. Is that cool with you or do you lose respect for bands that cannot pull it off live?
it depends on the level they are at - if it's a national then I feel like I should be hearing the CD and plus! a local band I know they are spreading their wings still and sometimes have an off night but still should have that familar sound to the record.
8.Tell us your “core” are you Metal , Rock , Punk , Pop etc because people just have to categorize these days you know?
80's Metal all the way! :) ahah I grew up after that time period but loved it! The raw rock feeling - bad ass solos and fast playing. The 90's rock with the grungy sounding bass and guitar. 2000's with more even pace and better production work getting into production style and mixing of how they were made.
9.This is a tough question but a very real reality, Is your band actually talented or just popular?
Many bands make it with a cliche or publicity stunts etc. Would you accept fame even if it was just because of being the “ in” thing or is it actually important to you that you gain favor with talent?
Talent is first. I think people know talent and can sort through the rest for the most part. Maybe people become popular with no experience say on TV shows but they some lack the experience you need to have a full music career. Too popular and you never written your own song isn't good. Doesn't mean they can't find it - time is the key and putting in dedication and age too.
10.Tell us what to expect from you live. Nothing is more boring than watching bands stare at the floor and bob their heads to music nobody but the band knows. What can your band offer in a live setting that people will remember?
Impactful, energetic, raw rock experience focusing on the music and not the theaticals. Interative and personable to show off personality. Leaving you with a hard hiting performance. Doing the best I can do at the level we are allowed to do as far as openging for bands without stage props and etc as well.
11. What releases have you put out , When will we see something new?
Frank Palangi EP - I Am Ready EP - Set Me Free EP - and a few side cover songs and movie score tracks. Every Rose Has It's Thorn (Acoustic) comes out May 23rd on iTunes and digital platforms that I'm excited to share. I am current working on a new EP or may spread into just some singles - not 100% sure but hope to have out later 2019.

Why do you think this is so important? Doesn't it seem like everyone is giving everything out for free?
Its important for fans to be introduced to the artist in that way to have somethin streaming online. I don't think big bands need them at all. People are buying their music all ready so at a certain point, I'd do less that way if I was on that level. Also it's important to radio - licensing and etc to share and see your catalog.
14.Best moment of your career so far?
opening for 3 doors down hands down! best experience with opening acoustic with an audience I've had and felt like I belonged there.
15.Your message to the fans?
Stay positive and focused in your life. I try and do positive rock music that may help you in your life with what your going through or just to rock it up! There's always a positive side!
