1.Why bass? I always heard bass instruments first when I listened to music.
2.Do you think it is unfair or just lack of knowledge bass gets so little credit? I haven't really thought of it much. Maybe it's because bass isn't "flashy".
3.What kind of bass do you use? Model , color , year , And why. Kiesel VDB-5 satin black with a maple fretboard. 2017 maybe. I like the tuning stability and compactness of headless instruments.
4.Tell us about your amplification. Ampeg SVT 7 pro with a Peavey Tube Sweetener pre-amp (sugar down, spice all the way up), SVT 810 cab.
5. With all of that being said do you feel tone is an important thing for bass? Of course.
6.Do you prefer 5 strings over 4 string? It depends on application really.
7.Who is your favorite bassist? John Paul Jones
8. Who is your least favorite bassist? I don't have one.
9.Why do you think women seem to be attracted to playing bass? I think a better question would be "Why in the world would a woman be attracted to a bass player?"
