Hi, we are band from Ukraine, which was founded in 2010 by drummer
Dessident and guitarist Oberon. Our music style is mostly black- and
death-metal. The main idea of the songs is to promote intellectual
development and natural selection.
2. What’s the origin of the band’s name?
Black metal preferences were criteria for the creation of our band
name. Aeternus Prophet translating from latin like “Eternal Prophet”.
3. Where is the band based out of and what is your music scene like there? Are there any local bands you could recommend?
We are band from Ukraine, which was founded in 2010 by drummer Dessident
and guitarist Oberon. There no many local bands in our little town,
espessialy metal bands, people who where played heavy music, now is not
attached to metal anymore. They stay in black abyss of world chaos.
4. How would you describe your style?
Our genre mainly is black/death metal, but there is a many other
styles like doom, sludge. We’re like to experiment with music, made rude
groove riffs, black and dark parts, mixed with other heavy genres. The
songs draw you into the atmosphere of struggle, unrelenting hatred of the
reckless activities of certain social sectors. The texts were written in
Ukrainian, the lyrics lets think about what your life depends on your own
without strong desire to develop and without pushing for action, it will
remain useless and pathetic.
5. What have you released so far and what can someone expect from your works?
. For todays we have few realeses -

"Ruthlessness” - CD; 2012; Rostok Records;
"Ruthlessness” - Demo Single; 2011; Self-released.
In future we have plan to record third album, for the decade of the band, it will be a hard and uncompromising black metal album in the spirit of the old school of black metal, wait for this moment!!!
6. Do you have any new music in the works?
Yes, of course, we recently recorded one new song, entitled - Exhumation of Human Consciousness, this song was written in order to publish it in a split with some metal band, and therefore we are now looking for a band for a co-publication on the label.
7. How about playing shows and touring, have anything planned out?
At one time we acted actively in Ukraine, in those cities in which the organizers were found, not all the cities of Ukraine have good organizers, but we tried to find than in more cities, we also performed on the festival in Romania at the Rites of the Black Mass with such groups as Enthroned, Infernal War, etc. and recently made a mini tour of Poland, performed with bands such as Odium Humani Generis and My Own Abyss - its cool guys I think we'll see each other again in Poland or somewhere! We are serious about making tours around Europe and Ukraine, as we see that many listeners that do not understand the Ukrainian language (and on it written our lyrics) listen to us abroad and buy CDs and merchandise, we will expand the audience to those borders on how much will this be possible.

10. What is it you’d like a listener to remember the most when hearing your music for the first time?
