No idea.

3. What kind of bass do you use? Model, color, year. And why?

  

US Music man sub  series 4 string 2005. I had some guitars before but this one is so handy and the sound is just a...it sounds like it should for TRK247

4. Tell us about your amplification.

I use USA Eden WT500 amp with darkglass b7k and shaped with bbe sonic maximizer. The cabinet I use is a 4x10 Noisy BoX amazing Polish crafted hell bringing gear. 

5. With all of that being said do you feel tone is an important thing for bass?

Yes it is very important.

6. Do you prefer 5 strings over 4 string?

4 strings only! I regret the scale but narrow neck fits me more

For sure Les Claypool, the skils and the music he plays suits me the most
