XAON Announce March 2019 European Tour With Septicflesh
Swiss metal group Xaon have announced their first live dates for 2019 and it’s going to be a big one. Setting off in Germany on March 8th, the tour will see the band take in 20 shows across 10 European countries. It’s a 4 band tour headed by the excellent Septicflesh and will be an absolute must see for the discerning metal-head.

Here’s Xaon’s official statement; “We’re beyond excited to finally announce that we will supporting none other than the great Septicflesh, alongside Krisiun and Diabolical for part of their European tour next March!!! This is an absolute dream come true and we hope to see as many of you as possible!!!”

Xaon – The Drift
Xaon’s latest release takes the band’s sound to a new sonic level, progressing from spectral ambiances to grandiose and intricate orchestrations. The album evolves from oppressing aggressiveness to majestic lamentations and due to it’s very nature, it is soberly entitled The Drift and presents the band at their electrifying best.Swizz dark metal group Xaon, entered the studio at the dawn of 2017 with respected and talented french drummer Jordan Kiefer to record their first album. The new record takes the band’s sound to a new sonic level, progressing from spectral ambiances to grandiose and intricate orchestrations. The album evolves from oppressing aggressiveness to majestic lamentations and due to it’s very nature, it is soberly entitled The Drift.

The album was by recorded and mixed by Rob Carson at Studio du Lac in January/February 2017 and mastered by Brett Caldas-Lima at Tower Studio. The album art was designed by Chris Kiesling from Misanthropic-Art.
