AIRFORCE JONS METAL COFFEE

Airforce were originally formed circa 1986 -7 with Chop Pitman on guitar, Tony Hatton on bass, Doug Sampson on drums with Sam "Tomcat" Sampson on vocals.
Doug Sampson had previously been the Drummer with Iron Maiden.
Chop and Tony were previously a major part of NWOBHM band EL-34.
Sam had been lead vocalist with Sam Apple Pie.
Airforce enjoyed local success and recorded 3 tracks with Sam that were not released at that time.

This original classic rock band from London names various artists as its chief influences, such as Black Sabbath, Van Halen and Judas Priest, amongst others.

Rolf Promel took over from Sam Sampson on vocals in 1988.
Further unreleased at that time studio tracks were recorded with Rolf as vocalist.
Tony left in 1990 to pursue business interests, with one foot always in the music business.

Airforce, with Chop the only original member took to the stage once again in 2008.
Chop persevered with Airforce for the eight year period up to 2016 with a number of line-up changes.

In 2016 with the retrospective Airforce Album Judgement Day being released with the afore mentioned previously unreleased material included, the original Airforce musical line-up reformed with Chop Pitman, (Lead Guitar) Doug Sampson, (Drums) and Tony Hatton (Bass Guitar).
Dilian Arnaudov was then invited to join Airforce as Lead vocalist to complete the current line-up.
Chop had met Dilian some years earlier when Dilian had stepped in last minute for an Airforce show when the then Airforce vocalist Sebastian had a family emergency.
Airforce were now reborn.

A true addition to British Rock Music.
Airforce have released new material in the form of 2 EP’s, The Black Box Recordings Volumes 1&2. As well as writing new songs for a forthcoming Album, Airforce are revamping earlier material to a higher production standard.
All members of Airforce contribute to new material, musically as well as lyrically.
As a result vocal melodies and guitar riffs are instantly memorable backed by powerful drums and driven punchy bass lines.
Sticking to the very core of their early influences, Airforce fly the flag for the London and UK Rock & Metal scene, and are continuing to build a fan base across the world.
