JUNE 1974 INTERVIEW







1. Please tell us about the history of your band and its members. 

June 1974 is a music solo project created late 2009  by italian musician and writer Federico Romano.


2. What’s the origin of the band’s name?

Band name is simply the month and year in which Federico Romano was born.it sounded great to him something like his music was born with him.


 3. Where is the band based out of and what is your music scene like there? Are there any local bands you could recommend? 

June 1974 came from Italy and there are a lot of great bands of every kind of music too many to mention 


4. How would you describe your style?

June 1974 plays every kind of music without compromise since classic to dance electro to progressive metal. Every song has its own story and it's style.


 5. What have you released so far and what can someone expect from your works? 

The band has released more than 250 songs all are on all worldwide digital music stores like iTunes,Amazon and so on.The listener can expect everything listening my music.


6. Do you have any new music in the works? 

Yes there is always some new songs ready but nothing will be out soon and no this year.


7. How about playing shows and touring, have anything planned out? 

No tour or shows cause June 1974 is a solo project and there is no way to recreate all for a show




8. What plans do you have for the future as a band? 

The band will try to promote the new album"Nemesi" thought the net and websites magazines and radios hope people will appreciate it

10. What is it you’d like a listener to remember the most when hearing your music for the first time?

It is very difficult question maybe the  sensibility and the the pure instinct to be myself in music without fear...
